We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Representative to help us expand our footprint and bring our turnkey marketing solutions to advisors nationwide.
The Role
In this role, you won’t just be selling “mailers”—you’ll be selling growth. You will be responsible for identifying financial advisors who are looking to scale, demonstrating how the Nexruto system outperforms traditional lead gen, and managing the relationship from first contact to the first seminar launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and reach out to independent financial advisors and RIA firms through outbound calling, LinkedIn, and email.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls to understand an advisor’s current growth goals and explain how Nexruto’s white-label approach fits their brand.
- Live Demos: Walk prospects through our “Local Market Reports” and show them the data-backed potential of their specific territory.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized CRM to track leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Closing: Confidently handle objections regarding compliance and ROI to bring new advisors onto the Nexruto platform.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales experience (experience selling to financial advisors or in the insurance/fintech space is a massive advantage).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you must be comfortable speaking the “language” of finance.
- Drive: A “hunter” mentality with the discipline to maintain high activity levels.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Resilience: The ability to handle “no” and keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000 per year.
- Commission: Uncapped commission structure. We want you to be rewarded for every new advisor you bring on board.
Digital Advertising Manager (Paid Media Specialist)

We provide a “business-in-a-box” marketing solution for financial advisors, combining traditional direct mail with cutting-edge digital lead generation. We are looking for a data-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to own our paid media strategy and execution.
The Role
Your mission is to generate high-quality seminar registrations and digital leads for our clients through paid social and search channels. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of an ad campaign: from initial strategy and audience targeting to creative testing and technical optimization. You aren’t just looking for clicks; you are looking for high-net-worth individuals ready to talk to a financial advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Build, launch, and manage paid social (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn) and search (Google/YouTube) campaigns for dozens of advisor clients.
- A/B Testing: Constantly test ad copy, headlines, and visuals to lower the Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) for seminar registrations.
- Lead Quality Optimization: Refine targeting parameters (demographics, geography, interests) to ensure leads meet the investable asset requirements of our advisors.
- Reporting & Analytics: Provide weekly performance reports, tracking key metrics like Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate, and total lead volume.
- Tracking & Technical: Manage Meta Pixels, Google Tag Manager, and API conversions to ensure accurate data tracking across our landing pages.
- Collaboration: Work with our Graphic Designer to request high-performing ad creatives and our Advisor Relations team to ensure lead quality is meeting expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years managing paid media campaigns with a proven track record of scaling budgets (Direct Response experience is a must).
- Platform Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Analytical Mindset: You love spreadsheets. You can look at a data set and immediately identify why a campaign is underperforming.
- Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with the “Special Ad Categories” (Credit/Finance) on Facebook/Google is a huge plus.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency with GoHighLevel, Zapier, or similar CRM/Marketing automation tools.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $65,000 – $95,000 per year
Total Compensation: $85,000 – $115,000 with performance bonuses
Performance Bonus: Monthly or quarterly bonuses based on lead volume and quality targets.

The Role
As an Advisor Relations Manager, you are the primary point of contact for our clients once they join the Nexruto family. Your mission is two-fold: Success and Growth. You will coach advisors on how to run successful seminars, manage their lead flow, and proactively book appointments for them from the prospect lists we generate.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Success: Guide advisors through the launch of their first campaign, ensuring their branding and seminar materials meet their expectations.
- Appointment Setting: Actively reach out to the prospects generated by our marketing efforts to schedule initial consultations directly onto the advisor’s calendar.
- Account Growth (Upselling): Identify opportunities for successful clients to expand their reach, increase their mailing volume, or add new marketing channels.
- Seminar Coaching: Provide best practices to advisors on presentation flow, “closing” at the seminar, and lead follow-up techniques.
- Retention: Monitor campaign performance and proactively address any concerns to ensure high client retention and “lifetime value.”
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-4 years in Account Management, Client Success, or Sales (experience in the financial services industry is strongly preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional phone presence and “soft skills.” You must be able to build rapport with high-net-worth prospects and professional advisors alike.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple advisor accounts simultaneously and keep track of various seminar schedules.
- Sales Aptitude: Comfortable identifying opportunities to upsell and “asking for the business” when it benefits the client’s growth.
- Persistence: A high level of “follow-through” to ensure leads don’t go cold and appointments get booked.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating the “first impression” for our clients’ prospects. This includes everything from high-end direct mail invitations and educational workbooks to digital landing pages and social media advertisements.
Key Responsibilities
- Print Production: Design multi-page seminar invitations, flyers, and workbooks ready for high-volume printing (managing bleeds, margins, and color profiles).
- White-Label Branding: Adapt core templates to match the unique branding, logos, and color palettes of various financial advisor firms.
- Digital Assets: Create engaging social media graphics (Facebook/LinkedIn) and landing page layouts that drive registrations.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs maintain a high level of professionalism suitable for the financial industry.

Qualifications
